Our quote request confirmation to you does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. At any time after receipt of your order, we may accept, decline, or place quantity or other limits on your order for any reason. We may impose these limits on a per-person, per-household, per-order, or any other basis.
Despite our best efforts, sometimes an item in our website may no longer be available, the offer may have been misstated, or an item may be mispriced. For any of these reasons, we may cancel your order or we may contact you for instructions on the order.
At your request we may provide a loaner equipment while we repair your equipment. Not all equipment models are available but we do our best to keep you from halting your services while work on your equipment.
Prices and promotions are subject to change. We cannot confirm the availability or price of an item until after we evaluate your your quote request order.
In the absence of written agreement to the contrary, due amounts are payable within 30 days after date of invoice, without any discount, suspension or claim of compensation.
A specified delivery time shall under no circumstances be deemed to constitute a final date. We shall not be in default in respect of such delivery time until the customer notifies it in writing that it is indefault, in doing so stipulates a reasonable period of time within which we have the opportunity to effect delivery.
All our repairs carry a warranty for a period of three (3) months from the date of the return of the equipment back to our customer. Some exclusions apply, please check with us before submitting a warranty claim request.
Except for each party's idemnification obligations, each party's liability to the other party for all claims arising out of our services provided, whether in contract or otherwise, will not exceed the amount paid by the customer to us for performing the service in case the liability arises.
